Key Responsibilities:
Pickers & Packers:
Process and fulfil orders from picking lists.
Accurately select and pack products from shelves.
Label and prepare packages for shipment.
Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items.
Follow safety guidelines and meet daily production targets.
Production Workers:
Operate machinery and equipment during the production process.
Assemble and package products according to guidelines.
Inspect products for quality assurance.
Maintain machinery and follow safety protocols.
Participate in training programs as required.
