About the Role:
We are seeking Registered Nurses (entry-level and experienced) to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts in aged care settings. In this role, you will work closely with a clinical team to provide daily care to residents, including:
Delivering clinical care in accordance with legislation and ethical practices.
Completing comprehensive assessments and care plans for residents.
Administering medications and managing wounds.
Overseeing Personal Care Workers and Assistants in Nursing.
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal, social, and emotional support to residents.
Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary health team.
Ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and quality care.
Skills and Experience:
Current AHPRA Registration is essential.
