Employment Type: Permanent Part-time (50 hours per fortnight)
Internal Job Title: Fulfilment Operations Co-worker
Shift Availability:Replenishment Co-worker: Monday to Sunday, 3:00 am – 10:00 am
Warehouse Co-worker: Monday to Sunday, 6:00 am – 9:30 pm
Work Schedule: You must be available to work a rotating roster, with a mix of day and evening shifts, and work 3 out of 4 weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
About This Role
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, your responsibilities will include:
Picking, packing, and checking products for in-store and online customer orders according to set KPIs.
Contributing to optimal product availability by accurately replenishing stock in assigned areas.
Following IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety for customers and colleagues.
Using various forklifts and machines for fulfilment operations tasks.
Managing storage, retrieval, replenishment, and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks as required.
