Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse operations to ensure safe, secure, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor and manage team performance to achieve KPIs and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GPD, MHRA, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Manage local budgets effectively.
- Perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting (up to 15kg), bending, twisting, kneeling, and crouching.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision.
- Understanding of Health & Safety laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Well-organized and self-motivated.
Desirable Qualifications:
- IOSH Qualification.
- First Aid and Fire Marshal Certification.
- Knowledge of perpetual inventory systems.
- Understanding of GDP regulations.
