We are looking for compassionate and attentive individuals to join our team as Waking Night Support Workers at Fairfield House. The Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will stay alert throughout the night to safeguard the individuals in your care. Your responsibilities include:
- Administering medication
- Assisting residents who wake during the night with personal care and emotional support
- Completing paperwork and reporting
- Performing domestic tasks, including deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens
- No experience? No problem! We welcome individuals with a passion for learning and helping others.

Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to work under pressure in challenging situations
- Have a valid driving license
- Have basic ICT skills
- Be willing to undergo training and development
