Job Duties

Ward Details
Positions are available on various wards at Lynfield Mount Hospital:
- Oakburn Ward: Male ward (ages 18-65)
- Maplebeck Ward: Male ward (ages 18-65)
- Ashbrook Ward: Female ward (ages 18-65)
- Clover Ward: Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (mixed genders, ages 18-65)
Skills and Knowledge Needed
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Empathy and passion for supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Understanding of mental health care and recovery-oriented approaches.
Education and Certification Requirements
- No formal qualifications are required; however, experience in healthcare or mental health support is advantageous.
