What We Do:
Our goal is to help elderly and vulnerable people live independently at home, avoiding the need for residential care. To succeed in this role, you must have a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Unlike other care providers, we pay for both travel time and mileage, ensuring you are compensated for every minute worked, including the time spent traveling between customers.
Responsibilities of a Social Care Worker
As a Social Care Worker, you will:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
- Administer medication and ensure customers take it as prescribed
- Assist with manual handling using specialized equipment where required
- Promote customer health and well-being
- Provide companionship and help customers with activities and appointments
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals for customers
Perform shopping and domestic tasks around the home - Work every other weekend or one day each weekend to meet customer needs
Essential Requirements
To become a Social Care Worker with Bluebird Care, you will need:
- A full and valid UK driving license
- Access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
- A high level of English proficiency
- To be at least 18 years of age
- No previous experience required—full training is provided
