Key Responsibilities
- Support children and young people in all aspects of personal, educational, and social needs.
- Promote independence by facilitating participation in education, daily living, and leisure activities.
- Maintain records and reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, team members, and partner organizations.
- Ensure the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of individuals are upheld at all times.
- Participate in team meetings, appraisals, and required training sessions.
- Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and care standards regulations.
- Work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays, and during staff shortages.
- Act as a key worker for designated individuals as assigned by the manager.

Education and Certification Required

- Full driving license (preferred).
- Must be over 21 years old.
