Responsibilities
As an Office Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and meetings.
- Managing staff consultations and grievance procedures.
- Coordinating HR department activities to align with organizational goals.
- Directing and controlling daily operations and supervising workers.
- Training staff and ensuring seamless workflow.
- Recording and preparing minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
- Handling correspondence, electronic inquiries, and telephone calls.
- Maintaining office inventory, filing systems, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Greeting clients and providing outstanding customer service.
- Compiling data and statistics for reporting purposes.
- Supporting team operations with administrative expertise.
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Real estate
- Supervision: Supervising 3–4 people
- Experience and Specialization:
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
