Responsibilities
As an Office Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Managing staff consultations and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinating HR department activities to align with organizational goals.
  • Directing and controlling daily operations and supervising workers.
  • Training staff and ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Recording and preparing minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Handling correspondence, electronic inquiries, and telephone calls.
  • Maintaining office inventory, filing systems, and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Greeting clients and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Compiling data and statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Supporting team operations with administrative expertise.
