Responsibilities
- Provide quality personal care to residents, including assistance with washing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
- Support residents in daily activities, fostering independence wherever possible.
- Adapt communication methods to meet individual needs, including using sounds, tones, and body language.
- Offer emotional support to residents and their families, promoting confidence and reassurance.
- Collaborate with family members and other significant individuals in the residents’ lives.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
