Responsibilities
- Support individuals in daily activities, including cooking, hygiene, and health needs.
- Foster independence and help residents achieve personal goals.
- Organize and participate in recreational activities such as art, music, and outings.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and homely environment.
- Manage practical tasks like medication administration, shopping, and maintaining living spaces.
- Follow established care procedures to ensure safety and consistency.
Essential Skills and Qualities

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Satisfactory police check and commitment to training and development.
Desirable Skills
- QCF Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience in a social care setting.

- Confidence in using IT tools.
