Bracken Ward specializes in older people’s functional acute admissions, catering to individuals aged 65 and above during mental health crises.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic care, focusing on maintaining patients’ physical health, personal hygiene, and psychological comfort.
- Assist registered healthcare professionals in providing clinical care for a defined group of patients.
- Ensure safety, privacy, and dignity for all patients.
- Take direction from Assistant Practitioners for delegated tasks.
- Treat patients, relatives, and colleagues with respect, dignity, and courtesy.
