Job Summary:
Perform direct, routine patient care activities to promote comfort, maintain or enhance functional abilities, and contribute to the overall plan of care. Additionally, perform receptionist and clerical duties for nursing services, including pharmacy coding, communication tasks, transcription, typing, and computer entry. Knowledge of facility procedures, standing orders, phone, and paging systems is essential.
Education and/or Experience:
- One month of related experience and/or training is preferred.
- The minimum age for this job is 18 years old due to the operation of certain power equipment.
Certification/Licensure/Registrations:
- Nursing assistant certification preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Ability to work various shifts as scheduled
