Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals.
- Assist students in developing essential life skills.
- Collaborate with specialists to create and implement programs tailored to clients’ unique needs.
- Develop individualized education and intervention plans to facilitate clients’ adaptation and independence.
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Setting: Employer’s/client’s home
Credentials
- Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Certificate
- Behaviour Management Certification
- Intensive Behavioural Intervention Certification
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
