Responsibilities
- Plan for crop growth and development considering water saturation, light, and temperature.
- Cultivate crops using vertical farming systems.
- Perform agricultural tasks such as crop cutting, seed cutting, and mixing fertilizers.
- Implement soil fertility programs and tie and secure plants.
- Clean greenhouses and harvest seedlings.
- Develop and implement farm safety and bio-security procedures.
- Oversee agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
- Coordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Maintain quality control, production records, and logs.
- Supervise and oversee crop-related and livestock-related operations.
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Credentials: First Aid Certificate
