About the Role
As an Early Day Care Assistant, you will provide care and assistance to residents with diverse needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Working from 7am to 1pm, you will play an integral role in creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere at the home, which provides both residential and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to residents, adhering to individualized care plans.
- Serve and assist with drinks and snacks during your shift.
- Make and change beds, tidy rooms, and perform light cleaning to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Document care and support provided, maintaining accurate records.
- Act as an advocate for residents, communicating their needs and wishes to senior staff.
Requirements
Essential:

Desirable:
