Responsibilities
As a Home Child Care Provider, your key responsibilities will include:
- Changing diapers and ensuring children’s hygiene needs are met.
- Sterilizing bottles and preparing formulas for infants.
- Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Traveling with the family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping.
- Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
- Preparing infants and children for rest periods.
- Supervising and caring for children.
- Attending to the emotional well-being of children.
Requirements
- Languages: English proficiency is required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of childcare experience.
