Job Description
What’s the Job?
Housekeepers are essential team members who ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of rooms and dormitories on site. They work under the guidance of the Housekeeping Lead and Camp Manager to maintain high-quality standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the facility.
This is a safety-sensitive position requiring Drug and Alcohol testing.
The role is based in a remote camp environment with several amenities provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, shared washrooms, and common areas
Perform linen changes, check-outs, and ensure cleanliness of dorm hallways
High dusting and thorough cleaning of dorm hallways and laundry rooms
Maintain clean and organized work areas and housekeeping carts
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times
Qualifications:
Experience in a remote lodge or hotel/institutional environment is an asset
First Aid certification is an asset
Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
A team-player dedicated to client satisfaction
Basic computer skills for completing online training modules
Must pass drug and alcohol testing requirements
Valid government-issued photo ID for travel
Physical Demands:
Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Climb ladders or stairs and perform tasks requiring full use of both hands
Stand, walk, squat, kneel, or sit for extended periods
Work with arms extended or above shoulder height
