As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a vital role in our parcel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient mail and package distribution.
Responsibilities
- Distribute mail to appropriate recipients or departments.
- Print, photocopy, and produce customized labels for mail and packages.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
- Perform routine clerical duties and answer inquiries regarding change of address, theft, or loss of mail.
- Bundle, label, and route mail for proper delivery.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Record special delivery and registered mail details.
- Search directories for correct addresses on redirected mail.
- Sort mail according to destination and weigh outgoing mail.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
Experience and Specialization
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
Qualifications
- Languages: English
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
