Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with patients and families, ensuring their needs are communicated to Registered Nurses.
- Support patient hygiene, nutrition, and mobility needs, adapting care based on their condition.
- Assist patients in achieving physical comfort, including safe moving and handling practices.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to the unique gynaecological needs of patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting abnormalities to Registered Nurses as per protocol.
- Provide emotional and practical support to patients and their families, particularly during stressful situations.
- Maintain professional relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
