Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day Front of House operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Planning and assigning work, setting team goals, and ensuring these align with departmental objectives.
- Mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback to team members for performance improvement.
- Handling HR-related tasks, including recruitment, scheduling, and addressing performance issues.
- Monitoring and achieving guest satisfaction scores and operational targets.
- Proactively resolving guest issues and enhancing customer relations.
