Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Documentation: Complete and process all required documentation accurately.
- Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, ensuring designated storage for all materials and monitoring fridges, freezers, and warm rooms to meet temperature requirements.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep vehicles clean and perform routine maintenance checks, handling minor repairs when needed.
- Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with team members to enhance communication, customer service, and process improvements.
Required Competencies
- Customer Service: Excellent service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.
- Driving Experience: Valid Category B driving license (max 3 points) with experience in driving commercial vans (e.g., Mercedes Sprinter, Maxus eDeliver9).
- Time Management: Ability to handle time-sensitive deliveries and maintain accurate records.
- Cold Chain and Logistics Knowledge: Prior experience in cold chain logistics or pharmaceutical transport is a plus.
