Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting GPs with clinical admin, processing referrals, and reviewing documents.
- Performing health checks, NHS Health Checks, and home visits.
- Processing lab samples and maintaining surgical equipment.
- Monitoring vaccine storage and stock management.
- Preparing consulting rooms for patient care and minor operations.
- Supporting patient assessments and promoting health awareness.

Health & Safety:
The Health Care Support Worker will promote health and safety within the practice, adhering to infection control standards and national guidelines. Responsibilities include:
- Safe management of specimens, sharps, and waste.
- Maintaining clean, sterile, and hazard-free work environments.
- Spillage and decontamination control, along with relevant training.
