Responsibilities of a Social Care Worker
As a Social Care Worker, you will:

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
  • Administer medication and ensure customers take it as prescribed
  • Assist with manual handling using specialized equipment where required
  • Promote customer health and well-being
  • Provide companionship and help customers with activities and appointments
  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals for customers

Essential Requirements
To become a Social Care Worker with Bluebird Care, you will need:
