Job Overview
All About Seniors is seeking an experienced and compassionate Health Care Aide to provide daily support to a female client in the SW Glamorgan community, Calgary. This role involves visiting the client daily from 9:30-11:30am to assist with personal care and household tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and donning compression stockings
- Administer medications as needed
- Assist with transferring and mobility support
- Handle laundry and light household tasks
- Provide companionship and fit in well with the client and her family
Qualifications
Required Certifications: Certified Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
Licences:
- Valid Class 5 Licence
- Current police check with a vulnerable sector check completed in the last 12 months
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of home care experience required
Work Schedule
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, from 9:30-11:30am
- Evening and weekend shifts: as needed
