The Kitchen & Cafeteria Employee is answerable for performing duties related to working the dishwashing machine, transporting dishes, meals merchandise preparation, affected person meal service, cafeteria customer support, and cleansing of the preparation and repair space.

Cleans preparation space and gear.
Operates money register, collects funds from clients in cafeteria and data money after every snack and meal interval.

Performs all mandatory operations of cleansing dishes and different meal serving utensils together with scraping, racking, hand-washing of dishes, trays, and silverware.
Assists on trayveyor line throughout affected person tray service interval.
